incorrect separators in test samplefile #23

The test sample "test/data/sample_metadata.tsv" has a weird combination of tabs and multiple spaces and is not imported correctly by read.csv causing the r_import_data to misbehave. We can either

change the sample metadata or
specify sep = "" in the read.csv ("white space" separator, that is or more spaces, tabs, newlines or carriage return)
