Hi,

I'm trying to create my own databases and I can not find the 2_fasta2RDP.py file in frogs 3.1.

Can I use the FROGS 2 file in order to generate dataset or should I use a new method?

Yes,

we didn't change anything in this file, it was not really integrated in FROGS.
