Hi,

I would like to analyse my 454 data with FROGS, but I do not see where I can give fROGS my barcode file in order to separate my sequences by site. Any idea on how to attribute my data to the appropriate site ? Thank you.

Hi,

You should use FROGS demultiplexe first, but I am not sure it fits 454 library construction....
