Create Event Creation page

Based on Advent of CSS Challenge #11 and Advent of JS Challenge #4

Create the Event Creation page. After signing up, users will be taken to this page to set up a Secret Santa event for the first time.

It should:

• Have an input field for the Event Name (required).
• Have an input field for the Event Date (required).
• Have a checkbox for if they want a reminder sent before the event.
• The checkbox should override the default styles for a default checkbox and use the checked and unchecked icons instead.

• The Submit button should be disabled until the Event Name and Event Date fields are filled.
