Application does not correctly handle the number of workout #6

In the original application, only 1 workout can be conducted at any time. However, the number of workout is not checked for when editing the save file.

Only 1 workout can be conducted at a time but multiple can be saved therefore it is not an issue. The list shows all the saved workouts.
