Thank you for your review. However, in our UG's first paragraph, we have specified that WoofAreYou is an application that is catered to pet daycare owners, as seen in the image below.
Additionally, the command executed does not conform to the command format that we have specified in the UG. Since our command is catered for same day pick-up and drop-off, this command will be interpreted as drop-off before pick-up, which is invalid.
Since it is a day-care center, it is usually not the case for it to handle overnight pick-ups and drop-offs. Hence, this is not a feature flaw.

Reason for disagreement: To quote the team's reply, "Since it is a day-care center, it is usually not the case for it to handle overnight pick-ups and drop-offs. Hence, this is not a feature flaw."
It is mentioned that it is USUALLY not the case, but the reply does imply that there is indeed a possible situation where overnight pick-ups and drop-offs could be necessary (and I can think of real life examples where pet care centres actually do offer these overnight services, at least occasionally or in special circumstances). Therefore it is a feature flaw for these users, however uncommon they may be, since the app will no longer achieve its intended uses/outcomes fo by preventing them from achieving the objective stated in the *** user story attached below, that is - to track the pickup/dropoff timings of the pets. It is also restrictive if a petcare centre does indeed want to expand and provide overnight services as well.
Note the command in the box: present 6 date/16-04-2022 pu/19:00 do/08:00. What if I want to leave my pet at 7pm then come back the next day 8am to collect it?
