No input validation for "tag" field #5

Using command add n/Woofie o/Alice Tan p/98765432 a/523 Woodlands ave 5, #01-01 t/LONG CHUNK OF TEXT HERE

there is no error/limit to the length of the tags and breaks the UI. There should ideally be an error that says the tag is too long for example.

We feel that this is a deliberate sabotage on tester's part. No breed will be so long. Furthermore, it does not affect our GUI in any way.
