The End is in Sight With the global disruptions to supply chains during this epidemic, all of our suppliers are still having issues with production, however, all previously out-of-stock products have started rolling in again, and more products are coming each week.
What Have We Been Doing Our suppliers' factories all continue to run at or above 100% capacity – to help fill our orders more quickly. We continue to regularly ship sea freight containers but are also continuing to air freighting large quantities of products to help cover the low/out of stock inventory. We have added 3 new staff to our Personalization team and plan to add additional staff in Customer Experience (answering your questions, placing your orders) and our Warehouse. We continue to improve our backorder process. We have worked with partners, customers, etc. to make available to you a large list of substitute and comparable items.

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT
With the global disruptions to supply chains during this epidemic, all of our suppliers have ceased production and we have been unable to source reasonably priced urns and containers to include in our packages. We will do our best during this time of combined struggles to still support all of you and our past clients with our remaining stock on hand while providing the best available support. You may feel free to source an urn or container to your liking elsewhere. If you do choose to source an urn from another distributor or a custom urn you made yourself, we will, as always, assist with placing your cherished loved one into their final home for you. As of this date, we do not have a timeline for our suppliers to return to full production or when we will start receiving shipments again.
Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we hope you all stay well.
