Monokai-Cobalt Theme doesnt' work with last VS Code update #70

Monokai-Cobalt Theme doesnt' work with lastest VS Code update.

Successfully installs but it doesn't appear in the Color theme selection menu.

Rolled back to extension version 0.0.3 and that worked.

Broken in 0.0.4 and 0.0.5.
