Change project name to alfresco-site-tenant #7

The alfresco-site-tenant name would be much more meaningful, considering the purpose of this application.

Also the submodules should follow the renaming, therefore alfresco-site-tenant-repo and alfresco-site-tenant-share.

The change would also affect the project name, therefore all devs would be force to re-clone or re-base their local projects (the sooner we do it, the better). @gerardharvey please share your thoughts and - when you want - give me the green light to proceed.

I think we can live with this! Sounds like a low priority but it does kind of re-purpose the code to be more community friendly and less client specific.

Good point. We will keep this name until delivery and then we will let community to fork out, rename and possibly adapt for a wider audience.
