Plugin should respect the config:useheading setting #6

When creating a minimap the page name should be replaced with the page's heading if the useheading configuration value is set.

Can you be more precise and gives an example ?

After further checks, my request is already implemented: when config:useheading is "Always" the links to pages are replaced by their titles. Thanks for the fine plugin :)
