Updated DateTime element view; New ColorPicker element #12

We update the datetime to have a calendar popup with time selection, we also added a colorpicker for those that need it.

We have added some skeleton of configuration documentation into the Readme, will be committing an addition to that with some of the other existing features and will be adding to the documentation for any new pull requests as well.
