Team's Response

The application does allow all commonly used abbreviations of the day of the week. Given below is the oxford dictionary showing the abbreviations of Thursday. We apologise but we do not believe 'Th' to be a valid abbreviation.

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with the dev's opinion, if you search on google, Th (or even T which is used to abbreviate Tuesday and Thursday by my samsung phone) is a quite common abbreviation of Thursday, and I believe a commonly used abbreviation doesn't have to be included in that one dictionary about words.

I might be a bit unclear in my argument in the first place, I would like to argue that the dev team doesn't specify which abbreviations is common and common is quite a generic and subjective term. In this case, maybe the dev team can add more specification such as length or maybe even list of allowed abbreviations, and by this argument, I stand by my original choice of this being a low level documentation bug.

However, now that I think of it again, I believe my original phrasing might have lead this to be more of a low level functionality bug. This is because entering the Th abbreviation (which I believe is quite common) can't be done in the app, contrary to what I, as a user would expect. Then again, I do admit my original argument is ambiguous and the bug type can be both documentation or functionality, either is of low level.
