Long press edit field menu not fully-accessible. #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. place focus in an edit field
2. long press [double press, holding down on the second press]

What is the expected output?
Talkback should anounce the menu, and place focus in it.

What do you see instead?
Talkback anounces "long pressed x" [where "x" is the algebraic term for the 
name of the text field] and does nothing else.

What version of the product are you using?
Talkback version 3.3.1

On what operating system?
Android 4.2.2 [Jellybean]
