What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable talkback.
2. Touch on the top of the screen ware the phone/ tablet shows indicators for
cell phone signal strength, Wi-Fi signal strength, et cetera.
3. when you have located this area on screen, touch different parts of the area.

What is the expected output? Wen touching different icons in that status area,
Talkback should read each individual icon when you're finger is on it.What do
you see instead? Talkback will read this area as one big chunk, no matter ware
one touches in this status area.

What version of the product are you using? Talkback 3.3.1 On what operating
system? Android 4.2.2 build: JDQ39

Please provide any additional information below.

Although these are separate views, their touch targets are not large enough to
be eligible for independent exploration. We'll think about other options for
exploring the status area in future releases. This is currently implemented by
Android itself, so there's not much we can currently do from the TalkBack side.
