Provide source code when releasing a Talkback beta version #274

Currently, it seems the public SVN repository only gets updated if there is a 
new stable Talkback release.

To improve participation of external developers and allow people to send 
patches it would be nice if the SVN repo is updated when a beta is released.

We do this when possible, but it is not always feasible for the engineering 
team to push to open source with each iteration.
