Voice input loop!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch in a Text Area
2. Open the keyboard
3. Press the Voice Input key
4. Talk a text

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The words are written correctly, but Talkback read this words and the Voice 
software rewrite this words in loop

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have the last version of Talkback in a more devide with Android 4.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
The voice input is more more important for a blind

This is a known limitation in Android 4.1.

Android 4.2 has APIs for detecting that speech recognition is active, and we 
silence speech in TalkBack when this occurs.
