update Travis CI config [attempt 1] #10

Updated Travis CI config (inspired by davidchall/homebrew-hep and touist/homebrew-touist's .travis.yml). (Bottle uploading part is commented out as that is not something that I should setup).

Roughly tested using #9 (the content of the 3rd commit of #9 is the same as #8: remove bottle block from libupnp formula) and Travis indeed tested that formula.

Fixes #7 by using build matrix (although High Sierra + Xcode 9.4 is now the default anyway but build matrix is more desirable).

@tommyang - I like the concept. Let's see if we can solve over time. No rush as this Travis job is just there to ensure that what the user will do actually works 🥇

This travis build does not affect availability of the homebrew tap to end users.
