I was using the code from the streambadge website to prepare a Twitch-Focused website, which was working like a charm up until very lately. If I'm using that code, everything appears as being offline, without the name and icon of the listed channels. No matter if the twitch channel is live or not, the same thing occurs all the time.
I found your HTML code from "http://codepen.io/svinkle/pen/qIyAE" and this seems to work. The only thing with that solution is that I can't find a way to change the URL used when clicking on a channel's name/icon, which was working properly with the streambadge solution. You can see the problem by going on "twitch.lantredugeek.net", I attached a screenshot for visual references.
Thanks,
Jonathan
Edit: The first one uses the html code located in "codepen", the other ones are using the code from "streambadge.com".
I have the same or similar issue. I can no longer use the png version of the badge. The html version still seems to work but I can't embed html into my github README.
