Add save to file buttons to Falsecolordock, banddock #16

Add two buttons that offer to save the raw pixmaps (i.e. member of scaledview) to a file.

  1. In BandDock, the button should be to the right hand side of the "alpha" slider
  2. In FalseColorDock, it should be to the right hand side of the representation selection (or "recalculate" button if its there)
