Make the toggle between numbers and tags pretty #56

As per title.

I've made the first version of the layout, there is no functionality yet. There is something weird happening on the initalisation, where there is still a blue background visible. It's a bit hard to use the Developer Console to figure out what is causing this (at least it's hard for me).
