itksnap missing vtkVRMLExporter.h #18

Hi,

I tried to install itksnap but compilation failed because vtkVRMLExporter.h was missing.

Adding the use flags "rendering" and "imaging" to vtk solved it. So I think one (or both) of these use flags is missing in itksnap's dependencies.
