Hotkeys sometimes not working? #3

On occasion I've noticed that Llanfair doesn't recognize hotkeys, despite the fact that the JNativeHook event registration was successful and I was previously able to use hotkeys with the same build of Llanfair with the exact same configuration and run loaded.

I believe this bug only manifests itself when using non-global hotkeys.

Going to call this one fixed again, due to 0fd299c which was done previously but not tested very thoroughly to check if it really did fix the problem. I cannot seem to replicate this bug now.
