White Background when using dark theme (doesn't follow gtk theme) #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a Dark theme
2. Run giver

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected a dark window with light text. instead I got a white window with
light text (not very readable)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux with giver 0.1.8
