rename to git-open #8

@yeraze suggested to change the name to git-open and instead of using opengit, use git open

@jdickey @caruccio @JustinAiken @dennym @DamirSvrtan, sorry for pinging you all but since you are the most interested in this project I had to warn you.

Following @yeraze suggestion, I've renamed the script to git-open so now you can use it like: git open, friendly right? :smile:
