Me dirijo a ud. con el objeto de solicitarle información sobre este 
error que se produce es:

OLE IDispath exeption code 0 from SOAP ns1: coe.notAutorized:
Computador no autorizado a acceder los servicios de AFIP

Puede ser un problema de certificado:
