chore(update): Update all the tools

Complete upgrade to the stack of this library, making it more modern. Nothing has changed in the way it works, nor the way you develop it. It's just lighter, faster & better to work with it.

Most notably:

• React is now a peer dependency, users can run their own versions of React (devs of this library use the latest 16.x version)

• Removed react-cookie which was listed as a dependency but never used, making this library dependency free

• Upgraded to the latest Webpack / Babel stack which makes everything faster and - arguably - better

Not outfacing changes whatsoever. All tests pass, all npm scripts work as before.

^ all this fuckery above is because I created this branch out of the the fix/multiple-tables one by accident. This reverts this entirely and the fix for using multiple pricing tables on the same document is only on fix/multiple-tables now (like it should be)
