Feature request: Add SkinBid as a market #431

SkinBid as a market is pretty close to buff prices. Would be nice to have them in the extension

Perhaps in the future, right now it would be pretty useless as it has way too few listed items, most items would have no price. Example: I typed in a random knife name and none are listed. Not one in FT, MW, BS, etc. Let alone ST ones.
