Just wanted to share a couple links that could serve as good introductory resources. The first is a nice open-access paper introducing the very basics of survey statistics, while the second bullet consists of links to Sharon Lohr's excellent introductory textbook (the new edition of which includes R code and datasets).

Hi, I've written a short intro to srvyr in Norwegian (not the largest crowd..). It's very basic but goes through survey_mean and survey_prop: Data med vekter i R
