Public server access does not work #264

When some data is needed but not present on the local machine, the code tries to get it from the public server, however it fails even if the file is there.

FileNotFoundError: The requested file: test_dataset\crm_systemtests\actual\scenario-standard_plasma-H_energy-100_beam-H_profile.xml does not exist! Check input!

Tests now run. This needs to be revisited...
