What steps will reproduce the problem?

individual routes show, one at a time.
but no listing of all workouts.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.5349 and apply-routes plugin.
Windows 8.1
Please provide any additional information below.
Problem occurred after successfully restoring Windows 8.1.
Instructions suggest uninstall/reinstall plugin.
How? "Uninstall" not found in "settings".
