Filter list view based on column(s) containing text

Options

Have a search box above the whole list and allow free-form searching of any item column (possibly including ones that aren't currently visible)
Be able to specify a search on a single row and just check against text in that row (search just against 'Genre' or 'Platform' but can't search against both

Thinking about putting this on a shelf in-place of a full collection search
