Adding Ideas #4

I added an idea and it seemed to register fine but there was not link to it nor was it in the ideas.

Is there a delay? People are used to instant gratification and they probably will get frustrated with the experience if their idea is not published immediately (like it is everywhere else online).

wasn't working, fixed in new staging site.
