We have this functionality already elsewhere, but we should integrate it with the normal processing pipeline since it's often of interest for probe pool design / QC / etc.

Just do filtered spots since some of the filtration is purely technical, as we fit Gaussians to some extracted spot images that we'd ideally filter before the fitting.

NB -- similar to #171, main difference Is no filtered/unfiltered distinction, and here we're interested in locus-specific FISH spots rather than ones from regional barcodes.
