Processing and analysis downstream of spot detection works with the proximity-filtered data. We can add a JSON representation of the spots that would be more malleable than working with CSV.

[ ] simple case class bundling identifier (RoiIndex), timepoint (FrameIndex) -- #145 -- , channel (Channel), and centroid (Point3D)
[ ] Check for equivalence w/ CSV representation
[ ] Use in #199
