Try to remove deconvolution #235

Working on alternatives to replace deconvolution w/ @TLSteinacker , this would allow us to drop the Tensorflow and TensorRT dependencies, and therefore to use a different base Docker image and update some dependencies.

First ideas...high-pass filter(s), StarFISH tools. Replacing our background subtraction and deconvolution. Will need to adjust spot detection parameters accordingly.
