Need to add step to write data which will be well structured for regional spot visualisation #311

We added a script for structuring data for regional spot visualisation here: https://github.com/gerlichlab/looptrace/commit/c1ede92309587d8c099e683082163897004a963a

This should be included as a step in the pipeline, ideally as a nofail, and right after the last of the regional spots data becomes available.
