With new use of `locusGrouping`, first timepoint in group is zeroed-out by background subtraction #323

When setting subtract_background: 0 in the params config file, what we intend is that the first timepoint from the whole experiment is used as background, but instead it's being interpreted as the first timepoint from each locus group.

Would be addressed w/ #322 , related to #237
