Store background-subtracted data in the locus spots visualisation #324

Up to now, we visualise true pixel values with the locus spots plugin, as the zarr-stored data bundled with the centroid coordinates represents those values. Instead, since the fits are on background-subtracted data, we should visualise that. @TLSteinacker . Original pixel values will remain available in the NPZ stack. @TLSteinacker
