Actually, we just need to confirm this with testing, and this is a distinct question from #352. This one here is about exact centroid coordinates for distance computation and downstream analysis, while the other one is about visualisation of the centers / bounding boxes of the spots w.r.t. _the image in which the spot was originally detected.
