Additional traces column: matches regional expectation #81

We can encode in a new file (like frames.csv) which hybridisation rounds should show a legitimate spot in which regional barcode hybridisation round. We could then flag rows in the final traces file as either matching or not matching this expectation, to give a something like a measure of percentage of QC-pass points that match legitimate expectation, and percentage of QC-fail points that don't match expectation.

This would be facilitated by a solution to #93 that encodes the spot_frame as a mapping from a single value that should also be in the key set, to an array-like or list-like of probes/frames that should be in that region.

This has become higher priority after discussion w/ @TLSteinacker , as we really need this as we consider tweaking spot detection parameters.
