Pretty sure it should be case insensitive.

Even in the case that the user takes the information to be accurate, the usage of this command is unlikely to be affected as if the user treats the fields as case-sensitive, they will still be able to use this command effectively. Hence, this DocumentationBug is accepted at a Low severity.
To elaborate, Language is case-sensitive, while Tag is case-insensitive.

In the UG, it says that the list for tags are case sensitive. But when I tried, it clearly is not case sensitive. This is the result when I type
list t/FRIENDS
.Bernice Yu still comes up, even though her tag is lower case
