Overzealous input validation for fields

There are definitely repo hosts more than 39 characters. Such input validation will not allow those to be added inside.

This can hinder a lot of users.

As stated in our documentation, this validation is based on GitHub's own validation. Hence, this FeatureFlaw is rejected.

I am pretty sure the 39-character limit is for GitHub usernames.
