When the list is empty, an error is thrown instead because the index given is invalid. The use case does not end

Reason for disagreement: I think you misunderstood what I am saying. When I was using your JAR file with an empty list of contacts, and tried to delete a contact, an error was thrown. But, your MSS states that the use case would end if the list is empty. This is a contradiction.

To clarify, in your MSS 2a, you said that the use case would end if the list is empty. But your JAR file throws an error. So, the MSS is wrong. Hence, your MSS is wrong and this bug should not be rejected.
