Implement Coinbase #11

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Coinbase trading platform is not available yet.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a view to manage Coinbase accounts. Let the user choosing between Binance and Coinbase creds on Bot Create View.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

I'm new to the cryptocurrency world, but having explored the subject in detail, I understood that Coinbase is one of the safest options out there. It's the world's largest Bitcoin exchange and broker and is backed by trusted investors. I've already found the coinbase phone number out, so I can ask questions in case I face issues. Of course, when it comes to cryptocurrency, safety is never 100% guaranteed, but the fact that Coinbase is located in San Francisco (a highly regulated location) is another welcome bonus.
