What steps will reproduce the problem?
run font-manager (from terminal)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
desktop environment?
0.5.7
arch linux
openbox

Please provide any additional information below.
to get rid of the warning use ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf instead of 
~/.fonts.conf
