I am using "pip install graftm" but am getting python errors when trying to use graftM. I am doing this all in the miniconda environment.
Does graftM have python version requirements?

Tried to reinstall using python3 instead of python2. I see that python3 is incompatible. Still don't understand why I get python errors from my first install.
