The cursor position can now be directly queried via the scripting api, hence the xdotool hack can be dropped. This works great with wayland.

Marked as draft until 5.27 is released.

Just wondering when this might be merged in?

Plasma 5.27 is out for a while now and most distributions are now shipping it, so I think shipping this should probably be fine now.
