HazelcastFileTrackerStorage--saveHistory #46

HazelcastFileTrackerStorage needs to save the file history to a persistent 
storage map.

We require:
   -> IMap<HistoryKey, FileTrackingStatusHistory>
   -> remove logTypeSet, agentSet
   -> Add DB JPA mappings for history
   -> Add persistent store implementation
