Save state of Feed Increment and Rate #3

Initially I thought it best to not save these settings but will add them back in.

@mschorer Fixed, in next release, probably Oct 13, 2014

Settings have a default and any changes are saved. The message box is no longer needed as a result solving that problem as well :-)
